Since 2009 Mama Yoga's "compassionate way to wellness" has been helping people in Ewing, Princeton, Trenton, Bordentown, Willingboro, Lawrenceville, Hamilton, Pennington and Titusville to live a healthier, more-focused and less-stressful lifestyle. Using practical wellness
strategies and mentoring M.Y.W. teaches a highly accessible method of yoga. Students will learn classic hatha-yoga asanas, which not
only help to build strength and flexibility over time, but also improve posture, mental clarity and focus.
MINDFULNESS-Improved Focus and Attention Span - Less Anxiety!
In an age when ADD, ADHD and hyperactivity are common, especially in grade school children, yoga and healthy lifestyle practices are a
relevant and practical alternative for kids to try in a non-competetive, stress-free environment. Encouraging the use of imagination and
visualization - even fun and gentle movements our students come to appreciate the overall long-term benefits of yoga practices enjoying
a sense of inner peace, balance and self-confidence in their everyday lives.
